1. What exactly do you sell? BODON offers a curated line of acrylic paint markers featuring fine-tip options in a wide range of colors. They work on most dry surfaces like canvas, glass, stone, and wood. Our markers are designed for both beginner and professional artists who demand opaque, consistent coverage without frequent stirring.
2. What is your shipping policy and where do you deliver? We ship everywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. At this time, we cannot ship internationally. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and packed before it leaves our facility.
3. What are my shipping choices? Two options: Standard shipping is a flat fee of $15 and takes 7-14 business days to arrive (after order processing). We do not offer expedited services at this time. Your order is shipped USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Full shipping details are included in your confirmation.
4. Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel without any fees if you do it within 24 hours from when the order was placed. Just email support@bodon.shop with your order number and a cancellation request. After that, the order is already being prepared and shipped, so we cannot cancel or make changes.
5. What is your return policy? If a marker doesn't meet your expectations, contact us within 7 days of receiving it to ask for a return. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and you are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was defective or broken. Once we receive the item, we'll process a refund or replacement.
6. How do I track my order? When your order leaves our facility, we email the tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). You can use it to see exactly where the package is along its route. It usually takes about a day after dispatch to show on the carrier's system.
7. What if a marker is dried out or arrives dried? All markers are double-tested before shipping. If you receive one that's dry, email a photo to support@bodon.shop and your order number. We'll send you a replacement immediately, no need to return the dry one. Our team wants your markers to work perfectly.
8. Why do my markers need to be primed? Acrylic paint settles over time. To get a smooth, opaque flow, place the cap on a piece of scrap paper and shake a few times. Push the tip down for a second until the paint gets inside. This guarantees even color flow before you start on your final piece.
